General terms of sale and service

1. Scope

These general terms apply to all moving and related services offered by ARM Services (SIRET 938 889 334 00018) without restriction. Any quote or order implies acceptance of these terms.

2. Quotes and orders

Quotes from ARM Services are free and valid [to be completed: e.g. 30 days] from issue. The order is firm upon receipt of a signed order form and, if applicable, a deposit as stated on the quote.

Material changes (volume, dates, addresses) after acceptance may require a pricing amendment.

3. Price and payment

6. Client obligations

The client agrees to: provide accurate information (volume, access, floors), ensure premises are available on agreed dates, prepare goods per any instructions (disconnecting, simple dismantling), and not hand over prohibited goods (hazardous materials, cash, etc.).

7. Complaints

8. Applicable law and disputes
